1. Renter's and Driver's age: Minimum age required is 21 years old for group A, B and C, and 25 years old for groups E, L, F, and 25 years old for group G.

2. Driving License and passport: Driver(s) must be in possession of driving license, issued at least 2 years ago. A valid passport have to be presented at time of rental.

3. Additional driver(s): For each additional driver a fee of 10 EUR will be charged, family members excluded.

4. Terms of payment: The estimated cost of rental is payable on delivery in cash or via credit card.

5. Rent-it-here/Leave-it-there: This option is available only upon request at time of booking or request.

6. One Way Rental: It is subject to an agreement between renter and TS TRAVEL.

7. Delivery/Collection: Upon request for all Bulgarian towns, resorts and airports of Bourgas, Varna, Sofia and Plovdiv.

8. Third Party Liability: The rented vehicle is covered for Third Party Liability in accordance with the Bulgarian law without any extra payment.

9. Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W) is included without extra charge.

10.Theft Protection (T.P) is included without extra charge.

11. Personal accident insurance (P.A.I.): This insurance is included in the price and covers the driver and each passenger of TS TRAVEL rent a car.

12. Gasoline and Refueling Charge: The Renter pays for gasoline consumed during the rental (full tank delivery) Diffence to full tank must be paid at cost of 1.8 Euro/little.

13. Airpot fee: a fee of 10,-Euro fee per rental.

14. Lost registration documents: In case of lost a fine of 100 EUR will be charged.

15. Traffic Fines: Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions for traffic violation during the rental period, are at the renter's expense.

16. Deposit: No deposit required.

17. The renters liability: For damage or theft the car is included in price without any extra charge.

18. Special equipment: GPS navigation 5.-Euro per day (max 25.-Euro per rental).

19. Extra equipment: 10.- Euro for each per rental baby seat or child seat or child booster or snow chains and winter tyres.
