1. Renter's and Driver's age: Minimum age required is 23 years old for group A, B and C, and 25 years old for groups D, E, F, L, and G.

2. Driving License and passport: Driver(s) must be in possession of driving license, issued at least 2 years ago. A valid passport have to be presented at time of rental.

3. Additional driver(s): For each additional driver a fee of 10 EUR will be charged, family members excluded.

4. Terms of payment: The estimated cost of rental is payable on checkout in cash or credit card.

5. Rent-it-here/Leave-it-there: This option is available only upon request at time of booking.

6. One Way Rental: It is subject to an agreement between renter and TS TRAVEL.

7. Delivery/Collection: Upon request for all Bulgarian towns, resorts and airports of Bourgas, Varna, Sofia and Plovdiv.

8. Third Party Liability: The rented vehicle is covered for Third Party Liability in accordance with the Bulgarian law without additional payment.

9. Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W) is included without extra charge.

10.Theft Protection (T.P) is included without extra charge.

11. Personal accident insurance (P.A.I.): This insurance is included in the price and covers the driver and each passenger of TS TRAVEL rent a car.

12. Gasoline and Refueling Charge: Renter pays for gasoline consumed during the rental.

13. Airpot fee: min. 10,-Euro free - out of working hours.

14. Lost registration documents: In case of lost a fine of 100 EUR will be charged.

15. Traffic Fines: Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions for traffic violation during the rental period, are at the renter's expense.

16. Deposit: Renter must pay 100 EUR refundable deposit. No deposit is required from renters holding an EUROCARD, MasterCard and VISA CARD.

17. The renters liability: For damage or theft the car is included in price without any extra charge.

17. Special equipment: Baby seats or snow chains are available at 10 EUR per item for the whole rental period.
