First let me say a big thank you to yourselves for
the service this year was unfortunate about the
breakdown but still thank you for your kind gesture
and it is very much appreciated now on to the subject
of next years hire the booking will be from 0230 hrs
on the 17th of june 2013 until 1330 hrs on the 30th june
as usual at Burgas airport would be helpful if you
could let me know what sort of price for the hire
of something about the size of an Opel Vectra
or similar if you could let me know when you have
an idea so we can confirm the booking.

We really appreciate all the help you are giving us. I am still trying to look up the hotel on the internet (do you have an internet address?). We are interested in getting rooms at the Ganesha Hotel - we are two couples and would like two double rooms. Should we make the reservations or will you book them for us?! Then, we would like to rent a car (the Zafira) on Friday, September 26th for 2 weeks. We could be ready by 9:00am so just tell us where to meet you and what we need to do like send you a deposit or whatever. We will need two drivers listed - both of the guys take turns driving each day and the girls navigate!! Many, many thanks for everything you are doing for us. If you ever come to the United States, maybe we can help you :o)!

Just arrived back from Bulgaria yesterday ....

Nick, Just to let you know the service we had from you was exellent. The small car you gave us was first class, and gave us no problems.

I had the car cleaned inside and out when I gave it back and your representative was very surprised.

We will be using you again ongoing, we will be back in about 8 weeks time. We only had the car for the first week as friends of ours drove us to Sofia for the second week of our stay.

I have forwarded my admiration of your company to a journalist in London who writes reports on Bulgarian companies.

Please convert at market rate and send me the price in UK pounds. I and my son have hired cars from you for two years now both in winter and summer in business which i am, the market is always an open market loyalty is hard to find either in the UK or Bulgaria.

A little wary at first using a co. that I had never heard of but after reading the reveiws and several emails later with Stanley I was sold. We are about to use your co. for the third time this year and another family member using you a few weeks later. I would have no hesitation recommending your co. to anyone requiring car hire in Bulgaria. Many thanks for your quote for car hire no problem with the price but we are now thinking of hiring a car from about the 25th July for a week but would like it to be delivered to Privilege Fort where we will be staying in one of our apartments would it be OK to do it that way? We are not going to be looking at any other rental companies as you come highly recomended on the Privilege owners web site.

we have used TS Travel 2 or 3 times a year in both Sunny Beach and Varna for the last 4 years. They have always been excellent for price and service. They never charge for "extras". The quote is the price you pay. Always good quality cars with air-con. We always speak to Nick or Anton at www.tstravel.net.
After hearing about some other members experiences with other firms I would never use anybody else!
